At Saint Vincent, our patients are our number one priority. As our mission states, we are “committed to compassion and excellence in the delivery of a continuum of holistic care,” and that means ensuring our patients have the best possible experience while they are in our care.  

Saint Vincent has partnered with one of the largest health care research firms  in the United States, Press Ganey, to continuously monitor our patients’ experiences. Patients are randomly selected to receive a post-service survey in the mail, and their responses are assessed to help us determine ways to improve our service to you.
