Beautiful Beginnings

Classes for expectant and new parents. Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at the Saint Vincent Women's Center, 311 West 24 Street. Weekday Preparation for Labor
A three-session class on pregnancy, labor, relaxation, breathing techniques and postpartum care

Saint Vincent is pleased to host this series of classes presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Classes are FREE to Highmark members; a nominal fee is charged for non-members.
