Home Health Service

Regional Home Health & Hospice is an affiliation between Saint Vincent Health System, Millcreek Community Hospital and Corry Memorial Hospital.  Home health services enable patients undergoing chemotherapy to rest and recover in the comfort of their own homes with the nursing care and support they need.

Our case managers coordinate home health care so patients needing specialized care can gain quick access to services simply and seamlessly. Our care coordinators also help with discharge planning so that needed services are in place and ready when a patient leaves the hospital, and the family can focus its energy on the patient. Undergoing chemotherapy can be taxing both physically and emotionally. Saint Vincent provides the expertise and services to help patients and their families through this difficult time.
