More than 5,000 patients pass through the Saint Vincent Surgery Center each year, with procedures ranging from eye surgery to hip surgery. Patient satisfaction scores remained among the top five percent in the nation, region and state.

Saint Vincent Surgery Center Patient Satisfaction Scores Top the Charts

The Saint Vincent Surgery Center continues to receive top patient satisfaction scores that place the center among the leading ambulatory surgical centers in the state, region and nation. The center’s scores for past quarters include the following for Saint Vincent Surgery Center Patient Satisfaction.

  • Top 5 percent in the United States
  • Top 6 percent in the northwestern United States
  • Top 5 percent in Pennsylvania

The Saint Vincent Surgery Center staff received particularly high marks in a number of areas, including courtesy of the X-ray technologists, nurses’ concern for patient comfort, helpfulness of the telephone personnel and courtesy toward patient family members.
